yep -there was a parasite eve movie!?
I didn't even realize it until the end but the movie is based on the book, but has a slightly different ending
its a prequel.
actually pretty good, ramps up the dread an isolation quite a bit,
the ending is a little unbelievable though.
very interesting, smart sci fi.... story driven, but kept my attention

Seemed like the movie was short too, they left a lot on the tableMy wife called it IFC sci fi
More like a drama with sci fi elements
Yeah. It took a very minimalists approach to the sci fi elements- but probably because of a low budget.
Definitely had interesting themes though. And the voice actor for Dr. venture of the Ventuee Bros. Cartoon being in the movie threw me off.
