Alright I'm thinking about taking a trip to London in the next couple of months. But I need sum help from British coli brehs & brehettes. So I have some questions

-Where do most of the black folks in London reside?

-What are the best spots in London to have sum fun?

-How are Black Americans viewed in London?

-Is there a large segment of the black population that is on that

Mostly South and East, some north, we're everywhere.

-What are the best spots in London to have sum fun?

It depends what you're after. Go on Resident Advisor and have a look at nights there, Fabric & Ministry of Sound if you like House/Drums/Garage. Indigo @ the o2 as good nights on. Brixton's got a few spots, as does Shoreditch/Dalston albeit that's a lot more hipsterish, really depends what you're after

-How are Black Americans viewed in London?

Can't remember the last time I bumped into an American but you'll get love, everyone loves a foreign accent. My south London accent gets treated like royalty when I'm abroad, be it US, Dam, Paris etc
-Is there a large segment of the black population that is on that
No, for the most part it's love.

Afropunk London is debuting in 4 weeks AFROPUNK FEST London 2016 if it's anything like the Paris one it'll b loads black people, mostly chicks, good way for you to socialise. Might want to but a ticket.

South (Peckham Lewisham etc ) or east London (Hackney dalston)

Anywhere really check out timeout it's a magazine that gives you ideas of things to do here, or go to their website

It's all love, may get some sarcastic liberal cacs tho

Really depends on how you carry yourself 9/10 you will be able to tell right away who is and who ain't on that




Oh buy a Oyster card as soon as you can makes things so much easier

Oh and tap it at the barriers don't try to put it in the card slot or hold it on the barriers for ages - those two things break me when tourists do that

Everywhere. There's not one specific area where black live. London is pretty mixed. Some areas do have a lot of black ppl (gentrification tho!).

-What are the best spots in London to have sum fun?
It depends on what you like. I would recommend the British History Museum for starters especially if you're into history. You could be there for hours and hours in awe. Brits looted every culture's antiquities. You might as well enjoy it when you're here

Very positively. You're different. So you know how that goes. You should be able to eat good off your accent alone. Esp if you're from a ''cool'' city like NY, LA, Miami and ATL for the hiphop crowd.

-Where do most of the black folks in London reside? = mainly in parts of south london (greenwich, brixton, stratford, old street, hackney road) but blacks are everywhere breh tbh , also have to consider age, theirs places were you will find scrictly young black kids instead of adults so yeah remember that

-What are the best spots in London to have sum fun? = depends what you consider fun, night life is shordich, oxford street, hackney, old street

-How are Black Americans viewed in London? = depends what you look like , if you come here wearing baggy cloths and have a thick murican accent u will stand out, alot of people in london dont care about muricans or give 2shyts about ya m8 but some might like you, again, depending on how you are as a human, try not to fake laugh, keep ya kool sonny jim

-Is there a large segment of the black population that is on that = not really, only if u mingle with the koons

west croydon seems like it has alot of kids, although theirs loads of sexy redbones that frequent that area

brixton on a friday or Saturday night is always popping, loads of Caribbeans out there

one day i need to chill out on the norwood junction strip with a few zoots and just blaze for a couples hours straight and vibe with the locals , good mix of people there

if you can, try go to a hiphop show at brixton jam , you wont regret it, make sure its popping tho
