Republicans want immigrants from Japan, South Korea, Western & Northern Europe, and Singapore, but the best of them won't come here because it'd be a downgrade regarding:
1. Cleanliness
2. Public Transportation
3. QoL in relation to CoL
4. Crime
5. Healthcare

To immigrate here? Most of them already are fluent, but I don't really think it's a big deal because English is much easier to master than, say, Korean or Mandarin. Considering how poor the comprehension is in America, requiring immigrants to be fluent in English would make them more qualified than most Americans

I actually agree with this. If you come here, you should speak english. You can speak your language at home or with your friends but at work, you speak english. It is not obligatory that you get a translator nor should speaking another language factor in roles where it honestly shouldn't.
