Regardless of whose fault it truly is... (Either PAC for agreeing to job then reneging... or AEW for never telling PAC he was eating a pin when it was set up months ago)

I can't disagree with you. They have to get out of the business of promoting guys who do not exclusively work for them. You could have PAC make an appearance or do a match here or there but you cannot place him in a major angle if he's not signed. Period. Hope they learn from this.
