PWG was definitely booking him, they booked Curt Hawking when he left the E' and he wasn't even half the "star" (hard quotes on this one) Ryder was.

And if Ryder wanted a puro booking he could've gotten one. At the very least in All Japan, ad if he had a good run there then he could've gotten an offer from New Japan eventually :manny:

By the way, I think Ryder sucked as a talent and dude was smart as hell maximizing the power of social media and his ingenuity. But he could've made good money besides WWE and probably gotten a 2 year run before getting an offer to come back :manny:
Basically came in to say all of this. Side note, I'd watch Zack in DDT :manny:

A chair, a ladder, a beer and the DDT belt itself have been Ironman champion. Someone really thinks Zack Ryder - even at his worst - couldn't have had a fukkery run there?:mjlol:

He would have definitely been one of those guys Ibushi fought in the Apartment Match too :dead:

I would love to see Jericho leave WWE for Elite but Jericho would never be allowed back in WWE in my opinion and I doubt Elite can pay him what he's worth. Vince is a businessman at the end of the day but he's also petty as fukk. HHH seems like a business man too but I just don't think Chris would be allowed back by the company if he left for competitor. Maybe they will get CM punk out of retirement.

Don't think money is really an issue for Jericho at this point given what he's made during his career and his 2,347,562 endeavors that keep him from his family. As far as CM Punk goes

might see the pg era take a powder in WWE. shyt HHH might take over the drivers seat since vince is gonna be distracted with his no watch league. the desperation from vince's company is gonna be great to see in 2019.

Jericho himself has said that he's only wrestling if the paycheck is worth it. One of the reasons he took the New Japan deal and the Saudi WWE show was because it meant a lot of money and minimun dates.

I wonder if chris can even use the name chris jericho outside of wwe. They let him work in Japan so that's different. Not like chris jericho is his real name.

Given Jericho isn't under contract with WWE right now, I'm assuming he'd be able to use the name elsewhere.

I read Ted Turners autobiography and he didn't mention wrestling once, not once. Eric Bischoff even said he only met with Ted in person a few times. Shows you how much he cared about wrestling. Ted cared more about content. It's a great read tho.

You don’t keep something that loses you money going for years if you don’t love it.

No such thing as ‘never being allowed back’ in WWE if you have a name

Chris Jericho didn't "leave WWE for a competitor", either. He's not under contract to either company and has appeared on both multiple times back and forth over the past year. He hasn't been under an actual contract to WWE in like 5 years, all of his runs have been short term handshake agreement type stuff since like 2012.
