This is huge. I walked away from Vince & WWE a long time ago and will support this on day one. It's been too long since we've had an easily accessible alternative to the c*nts over at Titan Towers. It won't happen overnight, but this is a start. How fitting is it though, that Vince, in his effort to stop & control competition, has actually facilitated the very thing he fears most? He legit created this. Does Cody and the countless upon countless of names McMahon routinely spat on have the desire to raze his empire to the ground if he hadn't been such a c*nt and despicable human being in his dealing with them? If he hadn't stifled them creativley? Treated them like human cattle? Sabotaged their momentum and subsequent earning potential because he didn't want them over his favorites?
Its almost poetic. He has such a long list of people he's mistreated and/or flat out detest him, and the guy funding those people has deeper pockets than he does. This will be fueled by more than a love for the business -- they want McMahon's and his families souls.
With the steady erosion of the fanbase & the ever growing disgruntled talent pool in WWE, things are going to be interesting. However it goes, this is going to make one hell of a documentary in 15 years.

I don't think it's really that deep or personal. They had fun doing All In and thought they could do more, so they got backing and ran with it. Cody has repeatedly stated AEW is NOT competing with WWE, it's an alternative. They aren't positioning themselves as trying to take Vince down or even steal WWE fans, but as a different thing for fans to watch.
If they get people like CM Punk or Sasha Banks then game over. I bet this is what MANY wrestlers been waiting for. And yea there is a long ass list.They got TNT?

I’ve been saying they need to incorporate female refs more. It allows for more ref bump fukkery spots and takes the goofiness out of the situations where Charlotte or whoever start fukking up the refs trying to separate them during a brawl

Only SN360 airs any wrestling as it is now. Unless they do what TSN had to do back in the day (show Raw on Monday, Nitro aired on Tuesday.) In this case it would be SD Live! Tuesday and Dynamite on Wednesday. Unless Sportsnet has exclusive contract with the E.

It feels like a Sportsnet thing though. TSN treats Sportsnet kinda like a little brother, like here go air horse racing and NHL playoff recaps, we got the NHL playoffs, MLS games and the NBA playoffs (oddly tonight's Bucks and Raps is on SN). I think it might be a toss up or not brought on at all unless it's a success.
