The only other option would be if you aren't a gamer at all. Which in that case there isn't anything wrong with that, expect for the fact that you spend so much energy arguing over a console you don't even play. Consoles do more than just play games. My Xbox gets constant use, mostly by my family, which is why I bought it and why I mostly play on PC.
