True story:
When I was much younger, I came home one day and my mother was having an argument
with one of my sisters. My sister apparently had lied to Ma, and had put the blame on me,
which I realize when I come in. I confirm that I had nothing to do with the situation and my sister
is lying.
So my sister starts callin' me all out of my name and whatnot, and at that point I try to take my
leave because I know no good will come of this. She runs up on me and punches me in the side,
then tries to grab my throat and choke me. Of course this is a no go, and I wrap her up.
Ma tries to pull me off of her, and i'm trying to tell Ma to let me go so I don't lose my grip, because
(clearly) my sister is out of her mind right now. Ma won't let me go, and keeps tuggin' on my arm.
I take one of my arms off of my sister and put it on Ma's shoulder, to try to explain what i'm doing...
before I can do that, one of my other sisters comes from my blindside and SOCKS THE CHIT out
of my jaw, yellin' at me never to put my hand on Ma like that again.
I had to leave the house right then to cool off.
Now I said that to say, I didn't even go into that situation angry or whatever.
I was trying to be the cooler head. But there are a lot of people who don't think like that,
and everybody should beware of who they're puttin' hands on.

lol...get real. I was responding to the hypothetical that was posed to me between men supposedly knowing a line to cross with other men, and women not knowing this magical line apparently. Its two completely different things, and two completely different relationships. This aint got nothing to do with me.
I suppose...this is all way too general and speculative for us to really do anything with this convo. The point is tho that a personal romantic relationship is completely different than some random confrontation on the street. That goes for women vs. other women in a random confrontation as well.
Well he has a point, men know if you get too disrespectful with another man then you'll end up in a fight.
