Most definitely bruh...was just in the sporting goods store getting gym clothes for my daughter...def gonna incorporate the jump rope...like you said it does wonders for your stamina and in fighting that's all you need is speed and stamina...

Reason why I like mostly calisthenics over just lifting weights for size and strength . The increased range of motion and flexibility, coupled with strength can help you greatly with any combat discipline....

Theres nothing wrong with weightlifting, just always incorporate some calisthenics; for example after every bench sets, I would bust out a few pushups then some pull ups ... then back to the bench. ..

I kinda agree about the part supplementing martials arts into your workout routine but as a plan C or D. Plan A is a weapon of some sort I always have on me

Can somewhat vouch for that 50 blocks. When I was younger I practiced one of those counters and applied it once or twice. Even surprised me. Of course, blending the concepts into w/e style you have as a base.

You need fitness to survive an intense onslaught if your weapon fails you.

If you like smoking and having the cardio if an asmatic do you but saying hand to hand fitness is worthless when its time to get busy is ridicilous.
