So if your have premium does it stack?

They're converting the cards to their cost value and adding that to the end of your membership. If you're Premium right now and you add a regular PS+ 1 year card then it's going to take that $60 or whatever and add that dollar value to your Premium membership meaning you won't get a full year but about 6 months of added premium.

i just added a year of Essential this morning from a code I got from a Coli breh.

basically i get ps plus essential with the code I got for another year (currently up to 2024). I have like 600 days remaining of essential now. But if I want to convert my PS Plus essential to Ps Plus extra for the same time period, I can pay a one time fee of 69 dollars and to have premium for the same time period, 103 dollars.

the problem isn't stacking plus essential which you can do now and I've done this morn. It's finding the cheapest way to get PS Plus PREMIUM

There isn't really a cheap way to get to Premium now that it's launched unless you can find deeply discounted regular PS+ codes and add them. From that point you'll have to pay the difference to get to premium so your only savings is whatever discount you got on PS+ vs the regular price.

Check your profile. Depends on how long your subscription was. Plus Plus = PS Plus Essential now so that doesn't change.

If you had a prior now sub, then I believe you get premium for the same duration.

The PSX/PS2 game selection is so small it makes no sense to subscribe for them. Just buy the ones available for purchase if they’re interesting

I'm good with sticking with essential right now. Almost all of the games from the game catalog that I would be interested in I already have.

Says I would need to pay $76 right now to be paid up until May of 2024, but I just don't see anything worth paying $76 to add on right now.

No, extra. Mostly for whatever sony decide to drop in the service on day 1, like Stray and im sure stuff like Rollerdrome or Season is gonna be on it.

I just have to assume the legacy service is gonna be trash cause a large part of sonys history is tied to 3rd party like capcom and square enix who are too busy raking in money selling shytty ports.

Not gonna see tactics, parasite eve, vagrant story, crisis core …etc the games i actually want.

I basically just got Premium this morning and paid $60. I still have a full year left on my PS+ sub before they rolled out the new PS+ tier system.

If I don't like it after a year I'll downgrade it back to basic.
