ICE has remained a very large part of the news cycle. Many people just lose interest for various reasons. It may not make the top headlines because the American public has a very short attention span, but I try to keep myself up to date on current events, and I read both of these articles in the last couple of days.

That's because he's not doing anything except for what was already being done. All the bluster and showmanship is just to keep his followers and low information voters hyped up. Like some other poster said he doesn't have the resources or money to even carry out this mass deportation like he promised. He doesn't to truly want to do it because it will directly harm the economy with the loss of workers. Its all a shell game by a NY con man. If you truly looked at the numbers Both Biden and Obama deported more people in their terms that Trump did in his first term.

Square biz, if anything...his nemesis deported a shyt load of illegal immigrants during his whole two terms. The difference between Obama and Trump is that dude did it in silence, while Trump was Nicky Barnes with his "efforts". I knew his orange impotent ass was going to do the rah rah bullshyt in January, but as always the Koala and em are the crazy ones.

Noticed how each thread involving pushback from lawyers and even federal workers goes wood, while the Trump farts and dismantles the toilet goes platinum to diamond levels? Its basically 2016/2020 all over again, but this time is all embracing the fear, and hiding the find out of the fukk around.

There's legit politicians from the right that are either scared shytless or getting shytted on, due to Trump and Musky's idiotic scheme. But heads continue to run with this whole "tyrant" nonsense like, brehs get a fukking grip.

Trump is on borrowed time, and Musk already getting hoed. So realize that this too shall pass.

Yeah it sucks that Americans are so lost in the sauce or just give up on giving a shyt with current events. Reminds me of the drone situation last year, and how heads moved on within a few weeks.

Like you legit have random drones either spying, manipulating a frequency, or a potential UFO and heads just treating it like its a "weather thingie". Like people in general are just so caught up, and not tapping in. Reminds me of when I lived in Greenville. The mountains were on fire at the time, and not a single shyt was given by the residents :why:

They don’t care about harden criminal vs some construction worker.

Actually they do.

They want the cheap labor but don't want the criminals.

Unfortunately the cheap labor costs more than the criminals in the long run because you gotta send their kids to public school and provide them healthcare.

There's plenty of farms and plants in rural areas that hire illegals. They'll do a sweep of these plants and detain all of them, the ones that aren't criminals (hardened) return to work.

Any legal immigrant will tell you Obama's name was Deporter in Chief. And that he deported more ppl than any president ever. But yet he was still respected and liked.

Which brings back another one of trumps angles, which is always wanting to TRY to outdo what Obama did.
