I totally forgot who Morales is from season 1

Jesus being somewhat sympathetic makes sense, it doesn't make sense after they killed a bunch of people to infiltrate the place, he turned on you the first chance he got, and stepped on vitamins for a pregnant woman after calling her a bytch

It's good they kept the action going throughout the episode, but it suffers some from most of the Saviors being red shirts we have no investment in outside of a few key people we want to see dead.

Plus I hope they don't go down the path of people within Rick's group being divided, while they are trying to wage war. The "Going to far" angle is something the show has already done before.

about 15 minutes in...but jesus (no pun) Rick and'em must've entered a cheat code for unlimited ammo...between all the shooting they did in the premiere, wasting all them bullets on fukking Negan's building and what they're doing in this episode....bullets ain't really a commodity anymore it seems

Only because of what Rick's crew did first. What seems to be lost in all of this is that the Kingdom are the only good people in this fight.

It was a pre-emptive strike or be shaken down and extorted. They lost the initial gamble, but Rick has moral superiority here (he's not throwing doctors in furnaces and what have you or coercing men's wives to sleep with him)

Well we wanted action and the show still seems boring. The filming of the shoot out with the group they had pinned down was done terribly. Couldn't even tell who was with who.
