There have been hits and misses. Tyrion's conversation with Jamie about their slow cousin in the dungeon in season 4 was a great show invention, as was Hardhomme. Nothing missed more than the sand snakes tho.

I think I'm gonna wait until the season ends and then catch up (if it's even worth it ). The season 6 finale and all of season 7 really made me drift away from this show.
