Even had a lot of Black Rocky fans after these movies. But that was it, we accepted it because it was just a movie. Now we all know it was just another one of Hollywood's subliminal messages promoting WS.

That was the first one when Apollo didn’t train. The 2nd one Apollo trained hard as hell while Rocky was depressed up until 3 days before the fight, then he started jogging and somehow pulled off the victory.

I’m seriously going to have to rewatch that shyt, I can’t believe I missed that after all these years.

First Rocky, Creed didn't take him seriously and didn't train. Apollo got the win.

Second Rocky. Rocky does some bullshyt training. Apollo trains hard. Both knock each other down. Rocky gets up at 9, Creed doesn't because he was exhausted. Rocky gets the title.

Rocky 3. Rocky has had 10 title defences and Creed's retired. Mr. T is the number one contender but can't get the fight. Mr. T rightly points out that they don't want to give him the title because .

Micky admits that Rocky's opponents we handpicked because they were scared that Rocky would get hurt, because the Apollo fight should've killed him. Anyway he fights Mr.T (who inadvertently kills Mickey) and gets his ass whupped. He then gets the black man (Apollo) to help him beat another black man. Becomes faster than the black man. Then beats the black man before giving Apollo a private rematch.
