Kobe is injured last I checked. Every season Kobe has been healthy he's been in the playoffs. He's never missed the playoffs in his career when he's been healthy. And usually dragging teams that shoulda been high in the lottery.

He took a team with Smush, Kwame, and Luke Walton as starters to 45 wins and the 7th seed in the brutal West two years in a row.

04-05 was simply a year where he was fighting injuries. Don't punish Kobe for being tougher than most other players who woulda sat out the whole season. Kobe was injured the whole season. He was fighting plantar facitiatis. An injury that usually has most players missing months. Then he had the ankle injury against the Cavs. He came back quicker than most cause he's Kobe and he fights through injuries.

Once he got healthy, he took pretty much the same team to the playoffs the next two seasons averaging 35ppg and 32ppg.
