I don't know, if he wins a ring, (which looks doubtful) he could find a way to make it, plus he had to be very well respected by the coaches to make all those All-Star teams. Look at Chris Bosh, he won 2 rings and 9 All Star selections, but him at his best he only made an All-NBA 3rd team once in 07. Almost everyone is saying he is a lock to make the HOF.
