He’s a bodybuilder, not a fighter.

What’s the point of the thread?

It just points out the obvious. People think having large muscles equate to strength and skill. Like walking around like the hulk automatically means you can fukk someone up anytime anywhere.

Anyone who's know something about fighting knows that it's takes more oxygen to engage all that muscle and trying to fight while wearing a 30lb weight vest and 10lbs weight straps attached to your arms ain't the wave.

You can be naturally yoked and fight but there's a point where all them muscles start to hold you back and slow you down.

But that's not true for all people who are heavily muscular. The OP just contains anecdotal evidence. The OP just had one person who was muscular and was slow on the pads probably because he hadn't had training.

Are you mad at football players not being able to slam dunk?

But look at (old) Overeem who is hench and can knock anyones block off

judging from the trainer giving him tips, it looks like the guy is new to it, and is just starting

Man this was explained in dragon Ball don’t matter how bulky and powerful you look if you against someone leaner and has speed your getting that ass laid out. Muscle men like dude in video move no different then someone who is fat.

Above the fray.
Michael Jai White is diesel but he's a skilled martial artist. Being muscle bound doesn't always mean that a person isn't flexible or can't throw hands (or feet)

I didn't watch the video and I know that MJW isn't pro bodybuilder status but he's not far from it.

Those Twitter comments are ridiculous. Dude probably realizes he's too big and lacks cardio and fighting skill. He's out there doing something about it but is getting made fun of and dragged in the comments.

I'm more wary of guys with physiques like this than the guy in the OP

Lean, bulky shoulders.

trigger finger flex all you need

plus if two individuals had to square up both with no training bet the muscle head nikka rips the frail nikkas head off

this is a false equivalency

he doesn't have hands cause he's a novice

it has zero to do with muscle mass

it's a matter of skill

From what I understand most boxers do not do traditional strength training like barbells and shyt.

They do a lot of cardio and calisthenics.
