Limited Liability Company, you can register a small company you got for a pretty good fee, apparently there's a ton of tax and corporate benefits to registering, I see a ton of brehs starting "Ent." groups but more often than not it's just a vanity label.

Taxes on the LLC flow through ur personal taxes via a schedule C. There are no tax benefits from an LLC that a sole prop doesnt already offer.

I much rather people gain skills and knowledge in their perspective field before owning a business. How are you suppose to run a business if you have little to no knowledge or experience in? This is the reason we have so many out of touch managers, bosses and CEOs. They know nothing about the product or business they are trying to run.
