The only difference is now is these generic artists can have an actual platform that banks for them when in the past only top-selling acts and very promising acts that were really all talent could be sold for popularity.

However you have to think about being the entire Spectrum that this also allows unheard Talent to actually shine when previously been unable to have a platform in the past. Pass the 1970s, just until now many experimental and creative genius level type of musicianship was tooken out of Black Culture.

So please look at both sides of the spectrum before you come-in to judge without actually understanding the business practices they're being held.
