Nevada has a very interesting history. It was basically empty until air conditioning and the liberalization of its gambling and prostitution laws

Most people associate "the wild west" with dry mountainous regions and deserts that were trekked and navigated by "pioneers." Not so much metropolitan cityscapes with sunny beaches, a la Cali.

You’re saying west not west coast …I’ve heard people refer to Nevada as west coast is what I’m saying is weird since it doesn’t touch the coast

You’re correct in saying west so that alludes to my point it should have a name besides west coast but use the term west i suppose like instead of Midwest it can be far west
