The Lions lost

So many of their big wins were defined by the other teams doing dumb stuff all on their own along with 3 titles in an era where they got caught cheating. The other big thing is 5 of their Super Bowl wins were by somewhere between 3-6 points and another was a game where they scored 13 points. This stuff causes a lot of fans to think about the other team more. That’s my theory anyway. The fact that none of us are saying the Patriots shows how crazy it was that they won 6 rings.
They were just a team where most of their talent was on the defense. And in the SB - outside of the Rams (both times) they never really put on a masterclass. It’s also what made all their SBs entertaining - there was always the possibility of them losing. They had hall of famers for sure based on resume but if I put together and all time 22 the only players you would consider starting are Brady, Gronk, Moss and Vinatieri. And Patriots Moss wasn’t even prime Moss despite the TDs.So many of their big wins were defined by the other teams doing dumb stuff all on their own along with 3 titles in an era where they got caught cheating. I tried thinking of teams outside of franchises that won a lot of chips and Rams, Ravens and Broncos came to mind.Lowkey the Rams.
Vikings would be tough too. They got HOFers all over the field.I tried thinking of teams outside of franchises that won a lot of chips and Rams, Ravens and Broncos came to mind.
I think they would be really strong outside of RB and WR, every other position they could competeThe fact that none of us are saying the Patriots shows how crazy it was that they won 6 rings.
