Hip Hop is Dead was not dookie, neither was I Am or Life is Good. QB's Finest isn't a Nas album it's a QB album nikka.

As far as I can tell the only doom album that split his fans was JJ Doom which I think is fantastic. My least favorite album from him is danger doom but even that is a strong record. With Doom, you aren't getting sellout rap like you do with Nas. So even when Nas strings together a decent album it's still bound to be some pandering cheese on it. The bad club record. The shytty swizz tune. The kelis or Chris Brown feature.



Apples and oranges but I'd say DOOM obliterates Nas' discog and even with the inclusion of the illustrious Illmatic if probably take dooms work with me to that desert island. Operation doomsday is as good an album as anything, ever.



Edit: my actual least fav doom album is viktor Vaughn. Couldn't fukk with those euro beats.
