I wish more black people would realize that the answer isn't hoping white people to change but moreso blacks unifying and establishing our own shyt.

Wont happen until the end of the world as we know it
We need to make nationalism popular again. Start promoting it in our movies, books, and music.
We need to pick a state become the majority in. And buy as much of it as possible. We need to start getting our skills up in areas necessary for the development of a country- farming, architecture, engineering, etc.
Or if we decide not to do it here, we should look into buying land somewhere else...
