I think some on here really try to out black other blacks like that makes them more black and that's why you get some of the stuff you get here. I really don't wanna look at A.I as a c00n, but he said some c00n shyt.

All Lives Matter was created to minimize Black Lives Matter period.
Other than LeBron, T.O & Micheal Vick, there's no other pro athlete in the last decade that was criticized as much as A.I.


I'm not saying the man should be militant but I thought him of all people would sympathize more with our people giving the bullshyt he had to go through from a teen til the end of his pro career.

That's just it.... I'm sure these cats(well most) do know the difference...... I think due to experiences, they may feel that our internal issues are more pressing on the grander scale of things....

I disagree. The phrase is appropriate and important. Black Lives Matter, my life and my family's lives matter. Our people who have gotten gunned down in the streets by these racist ass cops, their lives matter too. People who deflect on what BLM stands for hated the fact that black people would organize and be bold enough to say our lives are worth something.

As for AI his comments are disappointing but I do agree with @SunZoo to a certain degree that most of these athletes aren't well versed enough to know why #AllLivesMatter would infuriate our community

my thing about the name is that it directly invites trolling, misinterpretation, and deflection.

Now granted, people would find another way to deflect, but as it stands right now it is entirely too easy. We know what it stands for, but far too many people are too stupid to bother and lookup or understand what the movement is truly about.
