Iverson lived in the casinos while in Detroit. There's pretty crazy stories of him still floating around.

I think it was a result of the team and city not embracing him.

How do you bench a HOF, MVP, MULTIPLE SCORING CHAMPION TYPE PLAYER who was coming off decent seasons in Denver.

Most think iverson was washed up when he arrive in Detroit. But the Pistons started the process. It was the beginning official the end for iverson

the NBA was tryna save face and push their narratives.

they keep pushing the idea that he cant co-exist with other offensive alphas. they even tried to make it seem like the coming off the bench chit started in philly. I peeped how they did that on the slick. it was Detroit & Memphis.

they purposely skipped past the tenure in Denver because that alone kills the misconception. then rip Hamilton basically shut the Detroit chit down, but producers kept pushing the narrative anyway.

that chit ruined the show for me.
