Of course he would. But here's the thing, you have extremists on BOTH sides - ones who value #s too much and ones who value their outdated/nostalgia-skewed eye-test too much. I've seen a posters state that Curry would be no better than Steve Kerr in the '90s simply because their eyes tell them so.

This is the real problem. There are just as many of those eye test, back in my day, I played highschool and a some D3 ball guys who think that qualifies them discredit others opinions on players.

Personally I like to here from people who use and understand all the analytics but also played high level basketball too.

Also from watching A.I. I always felt he was a inefficient player at times but, it also was a different time. Now I think A.I's game with smart team would use his qualities better then they did back in the 90's and early 00's. He would definitely be a starter and would be just as good a player but slightly more efficient.

why would Ivy play less minutes today? He's not a crybaby like nba nikkas today wanting to sit out when healthy and limit their minutes

a 25 year iverson today is playing 42 minutes a game giving the league 32-6

Because it's not worth the injury risk and you run the same risk that Isaiah sometimes has. Dude is gonna rack up a lot of fouls when he has to guard big guards like Dragic, Westbrook, Giannis, or gets switched onto dudes.

People forget that those 76ers were ELITE defensively to cover for Iverson and allow him to roam while expending all his energy on offense while resting on defense. Lot like how Thibs ran the MVP-Rose led Bulls.
