Damn your progression leading to the coli mirrors mine to the letter. For the exact same reasons too; The IC's traffic was a ghost town compared to what it was before.

Went to BX in 08 and it was cool until around 2014, and only held out because I didnt know any other sites that matched the traffic and fukkery i craved. around 2015 I started seeing cacs on BX saying some slick shyt to black posters and The coli getting mentioned here and there like it was some joke wannabe site. I checked out the coli once back then and it seemed dead to me for whatever reason and i passed over it. IT wasnt til I got my 1st ban that I got the wake up call. It was behind some bullshyt. I started verbally lighting into these pale face fakkits for the blatant disrespect and cacs started Mentioning the admin with the snitch smilie. Boom I got banned. I initially wasnt gonna sign back up so I cut BX off for 3 weeks on some "I might have to start my own forum" tip cause the way them cacs ran shyt on there left a bad tatse in my mouth. I eventually signed back up again, but this time It was with bad intentions. I created another account just to flame all those cacs up knowing the inevitable outcome. But some time between all that I gave The coli another chance and I fell back from BX for good beginning of last year. One of the last messages I got was some cac @ing the admin over there with that snitch smilie (the one with the c00n nikka on the phone lookin like he finna tell on somebody)

I aint give a fukk, I just logged out and that was the end of it. Especially when I found out the Coli lets you change the color theme to black (easier on the eyes and it just feels right)


Bout to see if they got a red /white/black theme to pay homage to the IC. Im feeling nostalgic than a MF right now

yeah man, and to think it initially started with a young gent trying to secure some porn and eyecandy pics.
Before that all I nikka had was the BET Shine site back then were beautiful women would post their pictures to be rated. This was loooong before instagram was even a thing, in fact im sure the creator of BET shine is prolly the same person who went on to make instagram because the concept was errily similar. Shine was cool but still safe to look at. IC had the raunchy shyt.


Oh an I wished I had known of the IC pre 2005- I use to get my online entertainment trying to mack up on hoes on AIM or Yahoo IM or just raiding chatrooms to troll boy band groups fans lol. I had so many AIM chicks play with themselves on webcam for me its ridiculous. That was before bytches were doing it for bitcoins and shyt lol, hoes just slutted it up for the culture online back then. a young nikka had a routine back then, School, fast food joints, hangout with the homies then off to Aim or Yahoo IM to see what freak bussdown wanted to masturbate on webcam for me. nikka had like 3 real life GF but a 1000 GF on AIM.
I use to get giddy as a MF when I would login to my Yahoo IM and I would get flooded with like 20-30 messages. Every time a nikka got a message it would sound off a loud *BLIIIIIING!!!* Great times. Dont know why I stopped. It prolly was the IC though, That place was a monster back then.

last year with all the police related deaths of black folks. The shyt some of them were saying in defense of these rogue ass cops had me ready to catch that M1 no joke. I had to leave it alone, because I felt I was dangerously close to acting on my base urges and taken out my frustration on the first cac that made me feel slighted. BX was and is an echo chamber for Alt right fukkboys to get they shyt off on blacks albeit online, but nontheless.
IT wasnt the shyt they were saying alone. IT was also the fact the admin and mods made sure that anybody flexing up on them cacs got banned and censored while the cacs were free to speak say what the fukk they wanted. They got themselves a nice system going over there. Thats why I left BX along with a few others

i cant speak for the owners of sohh but the owners of allhiphop HATED the IC. they actually saw it as a negative thing for their website. they thought it created too much drama and scared away sponsors. this is coming straight from chuck and od who i talked to about this. greg too, although greg wasnt around much, he was more on the business side of things and could care less about the forums. when they told me this i was like you know the forums is pretty much the only thing that has kept your site poppin right? but they didnt care. they only cared about content for the main site and their articles/interviews. i pretty much stopped posting there around 04-05 anyways.

Yea the owners definitely didn't give two shyts about the IC. I'm surprised nobody remembers the day that a one time was infamous... 8/11

That was when Grouchy Greg did mass bannings over some shyt (probably some exposal) and Ley quit as the IC Super Mod in protest. That's what led to Myblock being created and the mass exodus at that time. I think that was like '05 and right around the time I stop posting heavy too.

In a way it's funny that Coli was created by a mass exodus, but I think it offers way more that myblock could ever offer. Last I checked Ley got a videography company or some shyt.

Man I still wonder whatever happens to nikkas like mtabol, project, and some nikka who name I forget but I think he had a chicken as a avatar and always made funny threads with pics

AHH was the first boards I posted on back in like 05'! Had the SN Allhiphopsmvp....the IC was legendary back then ...but the mods were the woooooooorst......ThatDamnJay and Odiesel banned me for some stupid shyt....but then I found SOHH and had the SN Allhiphopsux (cause i was mad at getting banned) from like 06-09' SOHH was the GOAT board then the mods messed it up and @Brooklynzson da gawd became the founding father of this Utopia and the rest is history.....now i call The Coli home "that's my message board" I've been pretty blessed to see the golden era of each site.

Damn, always saw IC OGs talking about that when I first signed up. Them nikkas is stupid though. They had a gold mine in the unique community of the IC considering the potential for ad revenue. But instead of ads from real sponser and shyt, The IC used to get flooded with them bullshyt ass Cheddar gets Cheddar banners and everyone was annoyed by them shyts. I saw them on BX too @ 1 point. lol
