I actually Googled it and thats what they say to do if you're caught in a death roll. Go for it's eyes ears and nostrils.

I always figured that was the way to go if you’re in a life threatening situation with any animal or human, literally take their eye out. Pit bull chewing you, snatch them out or jab them
