Heavy Rain is a game, Ryse is a game. Apples to Apples. 720p is now better than 900p but 1080p is better than 900p?

That logic says 900p < 720p < 1080p.
:childplease: hey stop trying to logically decipher my posts. Let me :cook:. I have an agenda.

People have to be blind to think Heavy Rain
is even remotely close to Ryse.
shyt is the height of delusion, you'd kind of have
a case with Beyond which has character models
that look better (than Heavy Rain's) by a SIGNIFICANT margin
and it also features much better facial animation
but for whatever reason it got looked over.

No it isn't.
There's a world of difference in just the material properties.
There are things like sub surface scattering and differences
that appear in the materials that are a direct result of using a physically
based shading system. This is part of the reason games
like Infamous Second Son and The Order look so great they're
following in Ryse's foot steps and using this cutting edge
approach.

Heavy rain is a Geat looking title given the time it was released
but it's already been outclassed by other PS3 titles, trying
to compare to a first gen xbox 1 title is a futile effort.

You'd have a better argument using Beyond II Souls which
has assets that benefited from coming near the tail end of the ps3's
life, there were/are hardly any stones left to turn over and the tricks
of the trade are already established, this is seen with how much MORE
Beyond II Souls is doing in comparison to Heavy rain.
And Beyond II Souls is still a ways away from Ryse.

Ignoring the lighting system, the animation system in Ryse is also
on a totally different level than Heavy Rain, having more memory to work with
is probably the main reason they can have much more complex rigs.

Heavy Rain looks on par. of course if you pause the game and look at it for a long time you'll see differences but when you playing?? They look the same. GAMEPLAY... fukk it.

now since i'm a grown man buying the console for myself. I have to measure what else besides games can it do? does it make a cup of a coffee? No, Can you watch TV on it? YEP, Can you watch netflix, etc on it? YEP. So the xbox is the console for me. notice i didnt say anything about "which one is full 1080. " cause i dont care, i know to my eyes during me playing a game. i will not notice much difference between 900 and 1080. the difference is negligible. In my opinion. i dont have to stand there looking at screenshots. because i'm actually playing games. I've seen the PS4 and how it looks(not just on youtube, in person). it looks great. i've seen the xbox one..in person(at my house) and it looks great. neither of them look like PC so what are we talking about? yall want superior graphics...stop playing around and get that top of the line gaming PC. yall over here talking about "my dog is faster then your dog" when neither of us have a greyhound. so who cares.
Give me my 900p , Xbox ON, and xbox fitness, and you keep your 1080p.
