It's still somewhat possible. I've met some South Koreans and Chinese that got out of poverty within one generation. Their parents moved here from South Korea or China to have a better life. The local Korean churches then help the immigrants get jobs at local Asian food chains. dry cleaning , etc. Fast forward a few years and their kids are studying at top schools such as Berkley, Harvard,MIT etc. (Ivy leagues, Stanford, and MIT give full rides to anyone whose family earns under 100,000 dollars).things will never change because too many people don't really want wealth to be redistributed, they just want to be wealthy in this system, and they think they just gone "climb the ladder" and be rich via "work hard and save".
and some of these idiot racists would rather things stay the same just to keep a lot of black folks in check. Instead of having a true meritocracy, they'd rather shyt still be based on old money and nepotism to keep blacks down. Literally voting against their own interests.
By the way I am not talking about the Asians that were already established in Asia then decide to move here.
