Well, their attitudes will change in the future. There will be an adjustment.

Those jobs by larger corporations will get filled because there is an educated workforce in the world that can communicate and will fill those jobs, just won't be the local population.

Medium to smaller jobs will have a harder time finding talent. They will have to get creative or there just won't be as much media for small businesses around anymore. They will join the workforce by force. The ones working wont be dishing out more to help thebones that choose unemployment!

Productivity won't stop! The larger companies with just go beyond the local population, either remote work or they will change the immigration laws but as sure as the sun comes up those jobs will get filled!

They've figured out how the corporate rat race and game works and how these companies and corporations view their workers and have flipped it back on them.

Millennials and Gen Z are already eying other jobs from day 1 of starting current job.

They move and think like they are contractors as opposed to workers. They view it as the company are the ones paying them for THEIR service and if the agreements aren't meant or kept well they're out as it's breaching the contract.

Probably seen some old heads amount to absolutely nothing trying to win the corporate rat race.

Probably seen their parents and other old heads moan and complain about their work life balance and about being used and abused by the company.

No point wasting five years at a place out of "loyalty" or to "move up" or for annual pay rises when you can just job hop to another company after 1 and substantially increase your salary that way in half the time. Meanwhile old head Joe is still waiting on that promotion, department/role transfer or hefty salary bump which aint coming as the bosses have capped how far he can go from day 1.
