i was in a similar situation a few years ago. I have my own company where I go to homes and businesses and remove stuff. A couple of times I have been subtley hit on by my clients but I was always with my other worker. Today I had a estimate at a nice ass house for a bank manager on my own. First of all she came to the door with a hoody on with her legs out like she had some short shorts on. The whole estimate we are talkin and laughing but come to find out she is married and she tells me her husband is out of town. Everything in me just wanted to shoot my shot but I'm like nah I gotta be proffesional. At the end when I'm about to leave we were walking outside and she was leading me out and was like there is a gate over there idk why I was bringing u back in the house. Idk haha I might be trippin on the vibes but I dont ever want to chance it.

It definitely pays good with high profits. I started with a uhaul truck. Every week is different depending on how many jobs I got lined up and how big they are. I advertise on fb groups, craigslist, put up signs and go to businesses.

I calculate all that per job or day. My workers are my biggest expense, gas, dump fees and some jobs I may need supplies. I make sure I make a decent profit from every job.

More established local guys make 20 to 30 thousand or more a month. This is a easy business to start fareal. Just know the big money comes with a lot of labor and sometimes nasty jobs. Some of these ppl live in or leave behind complete bug ridden filth.
