It's so crazy how so many people have this idea of introverts being terrified cowards shaking in their boots in public. Alpha and beta have nothing to do with introvert and extrovert. I hear you and even agree but being realistic most people are going to feel more comfortable/have more nuts when they are confident in what they are doing. Its hard to be confident when you know chances of failure are higher. That's just what it is.
