I'm seeing Cell name pop up in this thread, but if Goku never existed, would Dr. Gero have even created Cell, seeing as he used Goku's genes?
Shiiiiiit, if Raditz, Nappa, and Vegeta conquered Earth during their first visit, they would've probably crossed paths with Gero anyway and dead him loooooong before he even begins work on the Androids.
I think the only logic answers are Broly or the Supreme Kai.
Red Ribbon Army woulda had beef with either Tien and the human Z fighters or Evil King Piccolo, which would have drastically altered the world. Either King Piccolo reigns supreme or the Red Ribbon Army goes world wide.
Actually if Red Ribbon Army were to win, Dr. Gero would be making a fleet of Androids as a first line of defense against Aliens that they now know exist and built them off of Tien, King Piccolo and Kami DNA...
If there is no Goku, then King Piccolo would have never died to birth our Piccolo. And its unlikely the pure Evil Piccolo would be trying to fuse with Kami.
But King Piccolo vs. Raditz would be a nice lil undercard battle tho
And then when Vegeta, Nappa, and Raditz arrive and see that Earth has a formidable resistance, they'll pitch a call to Frieza.....
Earth gets invaded by Aliens and intergalatic war breaks out

Dr. Gero was the head scientist of the Red Ribbon Army, Goku as a child dismantled their whole organization and he held a grudge since. Dr. Gero was highly driven to reach his goals, if it wasn't Goku there to stop him and the RRA, either the human Z fighters would have or Evil King Piccolo would have had a turf war with him. either way, the remnants result in an Earth controlled by King Piccolo or Red Ribbon Army.
And then when Vegeta, Nappa, and Raditz arrive and see that Earth has a formidable resistance, they'll pitch a call to Frieza.....

This could also cause him to construct Android 17, 18 and Cell as a means to combat Frieza
17 and 18 were stronger than Super Saiyans a level that neither Frieza or any of his goons were able to reach

thats a fair point, if SS Vegeta pushed/influenced by Goku got handled by the Androids a regular SS Vegeta would have gotten decimated

Supreme Kai cant interfere with the physical realm tho
so he wasnt stepping into to fight Frieza unless he felt the Kai's were in danger
