The message is supposed to read something about "fun with Sega is infinite", then its signed " Majin" which was supposed to be a childhood nickname of one of the devs, but majin also translates to demon or Devil

The translation to MAJIN is debatable. Some have translated it to Madin, or Madjin but if you hear the devil in the music more power to you.
