neither the grizzlies or an injured cav team is a tough matchup. they only got down 2-1 because they half assed it so much much because they KNEW they were easily better than those teams.

No, they didn't half ass anything. No great team does that with a championship on the line. Warriors faced 2-1 deficits because their opponents put a stranglehold on the tempo of the game (exact opposite of how they like to play) and their best player ran into cold shooting streaks. Overcame that, made the proper adjustments and ultimately won both series.
