What's the difference between a party in a club in Las Vegas and a club in Miami/NYC/LA? Do people INSIDE (where Kamara was) magically act completely different just because they club is in Las Vegas?

You can drink, gamble, buy whores 24/7. shyt doesnt stop.

Thats the main difference. Clubs close and they stop serving liquor in LA at 2am I believe. Vegas is 100% more seductive for fukkery
