Bulls beat them in 6, Butler puts the clamps on DeRozan leaving Lowry as their only offensive threat because the team is too stupid to feature Jonas.

What's your projected probability of them getting to the Finals?

I don't see them beating the Cavs, injuries to LeBron and either Love/Kyrie would be the only way I could see it happening. Yet out of the rest of the teams, I fancy their chances against everybody else. I'd probably put them neck and neck with Miami at the moment. They won't get a better chance than this, this is the best team they've ever had.

I don't see them being better then those squads. They still have Casey as their coach. Will he sit Demar when hes off and constantly taking those mid range J's. Will Lowry lose trust and start to force the issue like he did last year? Will Lowry keep his cool and not blow up? Will they go back to ignoring Val despite him being their most efficient player?

I do agree that the lack of playmakers off the bench could potentially be a problem, but from what I've seen so far their second unit is great at moving the ball and they have able scorers to keep the ship afloat, while the starters are out. Also getting rid of Lou [black hole] who was their best creator of the bench, will only benefit them in the long run as they'll have more points of difference on the floor. They're more than just a regular season team - having a focussed Lowry and DeRozan and a top 10 defense exempts them being thrown into that category. They've got the squad in which they can depend on their offense/defense, in an equal manner.

The Bulls will figure it out and I expect them to move Taj at some point for another wing, the problem I have with the Raps vs them is that Demar vs Jimmy matchup, I can't see Demar scoring efficiently vs him over the course of a series. The Raps would need his scoring to beat them, they simply don't use Jonas as much as they should and they'd have to play Biyombo a lot to matchup with Pau because Scola would be food and Jonas would pick up fouls defending him full time.

I know you haven't. I'm just saying if you're bringing Finals projections into the picture, they certainly aren't greater than the Cavs (because they're the best team in the East). They have the second/third most probable chance of making it out of their conference.

DMC was worth every penny. He changed their outlook. Teague is better than Lowry tho. I been thinking they could be legit. I just wanted to see how effective DMC will be and how he will be used. They change their whole style to fit the way DMC skill-set is. I've never seen a team change their system to fit a role player but it's working. Lowry seems comfortable and DeRozan is much better when the ball moves. Their frontcourt is weak outside of Carroll but their backcourt is really doing it big. The bench seems more consistent, not as good as last year when it peaked but more consistently effective. I like this TOR team. Them, DET and CHA really improved this off-season.

Alot of non sense in this post...Kyle at this level is better than Teague not even close...

Val has developed into a 3rd scoring option and a legit post presence...

And they didn't adjust there style to suit demarre,they were going to change there iso philosophy if they signed him or not.hence Lou getting thrown to the bushes with the quickness along with assquez...
