At most you take two shots. Shot one is like the primer; if she says yes but, blah blah... take a second shot a couple days later; if she ain't with it, you gotta move on. If she says no off the bat or she ain't responding, just take the L.
Seems like you've taken multiple shots over the course of multiple days, so you should probably chalk it up.
The reason why I do suggest a second shot, is because sometimes they're willing to give you a shot but hesitant. Probably want to gauge how interested you truly are, the second shot confirms your interest but don't go beyond breh.
