They put this disruptive ass nikka in special ed class and told him it's because he gifted and talented
Actually, gifted and talented is classified as special education
However, I find it kinda hard to believe that someone could get away with being disruptive in a G&T class. Classmates would prob snitch to their parents in turn parents would raise hellThe fact you know what IEP is..
I have to follow a special needs student around all day as requested in his IEP. Can't wait to see the lil homie once school starts monday

An IEP doesn't mean someone is slow. I had a few young brehs and brehettes with IEPs for speech and Emotional Disturbances and they were damn near geniuses.
And while a "class clown" can turn into a disruptive student (if they don't know when to stop), I'd rather have a funny kid than a straight annoying little b*stard. I don't handle rude ass attention seeking a$$holes well. I should have been written up for some of the shyt I've said

I used to be part of that in HS and did very bad, cut all that shyt out for CC and doing great. I wish I can go back and fix that
