Am I the only breh who rarely get sick?

No i dont get sick either. Where you live? i firmly believe that plays a factor. Clean air, good health care facilities around you, medical insurance.

another thing for me. I NEVER TAKE MEDICINE. unless of course its an antibiotic presribed by the doctor. but if my head hurts. i just rest. I dont run out and get tylenol.

Pain killers not good for you breh, I don’t care how much pain or soreness I have i will not take em. Last year, took Advil once and it was for a really bad toothache. I guess I just gave a high pain tolerance


Antibiotics not really too hot either,docs overprescribe them

Might get a cold maybe once or twice a year and usually when it's floating around either from friends or co-workers, but never nothing too drastic where I had to call out or see a doctor. Sure as hell haven't seen one this decade. My sinuses do be acting up and I'll have the sniffles often but I think that's more to do with my past history of asthma and the weather here.

I get sick once maybe twice a year. My grandmother was the same way. Problem is when she finally got sick it was over. But I'm glad to have the super immune system.

I literally only recall being sick a couple of times my entire life. Never missed a day of school due to being sick. Never missed work for being sick (would “call in sick” of course, but wasn’t sick). I think being sick is a state of mind as much as anything. People get a runny nose and start going crazy.

I get maybe 1-2 colds a year, usually shake it in ~3 days. Also only had the flu once, 9 years ago. Had a stomach flu once as a kid. I also don't understand how some folks get sick repeatedly or for weeks at a time

I did go thru a two year period where I got food poisoning like every 2-3 months tho, that was bizarre because prior to that run, I had never had food poisoning in my life

Knock on wood I never had the flu .. never got a flu shot.. don’t work out don’t eat well lol even though imma start

yeah I almost never get anything more than a slight cold and that will last for like a day and than I will be fine, I stay in the boonies and I think the lack of heavy air pollution also helps my system out a lot.
