I used to get a heavy episode of sickness about once a year since a little kid (like throwing up sick) that would last a few days.

But for some reason, I havent had that happen to me for about the past 10 years now.

I wonder why it stopped all of a sudden?

The only thing that I can think of is that I've been more physically active in the past 10 years

and also have been taking vitamins and probiotics.

I do still catch light colds every now and then.

I rarely get sick myself but I have a routine for vitamins and minerals in place and vitamin c is a must. I work out and drink water too.

For a minority of the population its just plain bad genetics.

I rarely get sick. I was sick for two days in December which caused me to call off work but last time I was actually sick was 2009. I might get a cold once in a blue moon but never to the point where I need to see a doctor or need to take any medicine.

I got acute sinusitis so sometimes my allergies act up to the point where I develop something called anosmia. That's usually in the last stages, when the congestion is gone but basically when the nasal passage is swollen so you can't smell or taste shyt. Since I cut dairy out of my diet it's been alot better though.

EDIT : First time I experienced that anosmia shyt I was freaking out, thought it was going to be permanent

another thing for me. I NEVER TAKE MEDICINE. unless of course its an antibiotic presribed by the doctor. but if my head hurts. i just rest. I dont run out and get tylenol.
