That’s basically what I do. It’s so quiet and relaxing at that time of the night, it’s easy to get into the zone...on another note I work for myself...and a few months back I used to go to bed like 6 -7 pm and sleep until like 1-2 am then get up to do work. It was the best cause' 2-7 am no one is bothering me with texts, calls, meetings or emails allowing me to get in my zone
I may get back to that ...I just can't bring myself to work out in the morning I love evening workouts but it would be nice to get them out the way



and I just lay in bed an
cry every morning.
I don't know how much longer I can go on like this, I'm having a breakdown
