It's disgusting

Uneducated people tend to litter more but that's how they're raised. It was normal to eat a bag of chips and a soda and toss my trash in the street when i was younger. I grew up and on college campus they offered recycling cans and my environmental class also taught us the importance of recycling and stuff.

There is a little classicism involved

Lower class people are more likely poor and uneducated and live in poverty stricken areas and are raised that way thinking it is normal

The municipal governments never clean up those areas or focus the money into those areas and it just goes to shyt

unfortunately this is mostly true. hate to say it, but in the hood, cats be littering like crazy. when folks litter downtown, the city cleans it up with the quickness or you will get a ticket.

I find it discusting personally. especially folks that litter around they crib. I mean how you gonna treat your own block like a garbage can is beyond me. I will drive around with trash on my car seat before I toss a paper bag out the window on some scumbag shyt.
