We don't necessarily break down, we just find it annoying and emotional draining, I pretend to be social and outgoing all the damn time whenever I'm in corporate, I go home literally mentally exhausted from all that pretending and need to recharge, so I might not leave the house for the rest of the day.
Just get a beer or two in ya brehi don't know how to small talk properly. i think this makes people think i don't like them
