Believe us, op, they really did try to make him the star you think he should have been.
I more often than not answer Test when a "who were your favorite mid carders" thread pops up here. It's ok to dig a wrestler with obvious technical deficiencies that likely had no real shot at rising above midcard status with no explaination or apologies. .. just because you dug them. That was me with Test.

i don't have an opinion on test cuz i really don't remember much about him aside from a few random moments but i just thought this was hilarious.
He got pushed hard a lot but just didn't have enough to get over the hump. Trish left his star in the DUST
