Am I the only one who didn’t respect Marlo Stanfield from the wire?

Stringer wasn’t smart about his shyt. He was taking business classes and tryna do shyt himself and was in way over his head. How this nikka tryna broker deals n shyt and not even involve his lawyer? Whom would’ve helped him from the beginning and had that shyt set up already if he would’ve did so. nikka did too much grimey shyt as well. Avon proved to be the smarter one overall. Stringer wanted to be legit and what he was saying about the bodies was right but he went about it the wrong way. Then the dumb nikka tried to get Slim to go an assassinate a fukking politician because he got done dirty. Avon let him know right there. U did this shyt on ya own. Now finish it. Business man. He wasn’t ready for the paper gangsters. Which is what Clay Davis was.

I agree. But I’m sure they knew about marlo at this point and got word he was chumping joe and the whole city probably. Plus Avon word meant something behind them walls and needed to be respect while holding Greeks peoples down

Why not? I mean they had this convo. Young Greek didn’t want to fukk with him. Gave all the reasons why.

Older Greek said chill out. I can tell this boy is next in line. He’s definitely gonna kill Joe. And if he doesn’t, someone else will. So entertain him. He either kills joe and we continue as normal. Or he doesn’t and we continue as normal.

Jamie I heard is a cool guy in person and he played the hell out of the role of Marlo. He did an excellent job of playing an almost emotionless serial killer type and that played well in contrast to the other characters on the show that were more excitable and ruled by their emotions. If the expression "cold-blooded" had a face, it'd be his.

Bodie had the best character development in the whole show.
