Am I the Only One Who Likes Graves on Commentary?

I like him on commentary as well.

Michael Cole doesn't seem as annoying as well without jbl there.

Byron Scott always comes across as a cornball tho. The silence he gets after a corny remark is cringeworthy. Whoever that's feeding him lines through the mic needs to stop.

I guess I'm ice cold cause I would just tell Cole, "hope you saved ya money" and throw him in the bushes with the rest of them

Then I would do this;

SDL announce team Mauro & Graves
RAW announce team William Regal and Zeb Colter (yea bring him back)

I'm honestly don't like swag much either but it seemed to fit. Anyway, I'm just saying they need some sort of personality. The play by play guy could be straight down the line but the color commentators need to have sone kind of personality. Saxton and Otunga (mainly Otunga) try making catchphrases and they fall flat because of how lame they are.

The goat to me is Heenan so obviously anyone will seem like they have less charisma than him. 2 of my favorite talkers that were wrestlers are Nash and Jericho. Obviously Jericho is still active and I don't know how good Nash would be, but guys like that would be ideal color commentators to me.

hated this guy as a wrestling personality. but he's money as an announcer and has made me a fan over the last year or so. my personal favorite since i'm not a fan of mauro.

Otunga is inoffensive, sometimes he forces shyt but he's a good neutral balance to Mauro. Plus his voice doesn't sound annoying like JBL's. JBL legit sounds like nails on a chalkboard to me at this point. Plus the constant need to interrupt Mauro is annoying as hell. He's the Jon Barry of the WWE to me.

Byron's delivery comes across as phony though, I think that's what @Mr. Brown was trying to say. He and JBL are the worst at selling a moment, JBL tries to make it about himself and Byron just sounds like one of those dudes that would host an infomercial. Byron does have some personality though, and he's pretty funny on UpUpDownDown. Byron might be better as a bumbling comedic presence than a commentator.

I think Byron is decent and Graves does well on commentary. I hate 3 man teams though so Cole needs to go somewhere else.

I like Graves, he's been great. And I'm all for more black personalities in wrestling but why the hell do they think anybody cares what Bryon and Otunga have to say about wrestling when they were both pretty much nothing

Of course not. Graves is that guy. Suit & pocket square game is superb.
