Anything that says largest, most etc in regards to Chinese tech isn't saying much.. They have 1.4B people.

I'm more interested in what revolutionary homegrown technology has China produced that's of significant value to other developed countries.

Their economy is based on them supplying really cheap labor to the rest of the world.. duplicating/cloning/assembling stuff in mass is something they do really well, but it's not something they have a monopoly on. There's still lots of cheap labor left in the world to exploit and those countries could use the economic boost it brings. COVID forced the rest of the first world to learn the hard way that it's a really bad idea to rely on China to produce everything, so now companies are slowly starting to move production out of China and leverage cheap labor from other/neighboring countries. Now China takes a hit, and their growth slows while they figure out how to become self sufficient. All the rapid growth stops and they have to put real work to remain competitive just like the rest of the developed world.. no more copying:

They can push for AI, Machine Learning and all that other new/fancy tech stuff, but they can't do it without US tech. Until they develop their own technologies, we control how fast they're allowed to progress technologically. This was discussed in that other thread with multiple view points. Feel free to share your thoughts there as breaking it down here is just duplicating shyt. There's like 6 different China threads all saying the same shyt. The propaganda machine is effective.

Dude why can't they just steal the technology via hacking like they been doing? It doesn't matter if US companies move out China there sitting ducks. They can either hack American companies straight up who have terrible cybersecurity. Or get Chinese Engineers working in Corporate America to do it for them.

The world is currently in the hands of people who:

• Implemented the most barbaric form of slavery.
  
• Attempted genocide.
  
• Dropped 2 nukes and use the threat of more to keep over nations in check.
  
• Carry out proxy wars to further their own greed.
  
• Implement a system where people vote for their disenfranchisement under the guise of being free.

I am worried about the Chinese taking over the world in the sense that a greedy man looking for power never has good results for the people who just want to enjoy life. It doesn't worry we more than the future of the world in the hands of the people pulling the strings right now.

It's the vast majority of people, that's why advancement/progress occurs at the rate it does. I tell people close to me that humans objectively are the WOAT species on the planet and that Earth would be better without them and they look at me crazy. So much potential but seemingly committed to fukking up in the same ways as their predecessors, every generation. Contributes nothing to the ecosystem, a net negative for all other species flora and fauna. It's part of the reason I believe religion will persist till humans destroy themselves, it allows people to feel like they have a purpose and that the evil/bad/net negative they inflict is justified because they are the result of divine creation. Ironically if any deity exists as explained in any religious text they'd be decidedly disappointed in most people at the least if not worse
