Am I the ony one that gets either DEPRESSED or MAD when I log on FACEBOOK

...maybe not depressed technically but it fukks my mood up.

I get mad when I see dumb shiit and I get depressed when I see all the reminders of my mistakes.

I log on just to see what new with people and I see someone I was (still am) cool with just lost her brother (R.I.P), she was feelin me, I had other options. She's now in a relationship. Im happy for her too.

Then I see a chick that I think I had a chance with (honestly, Im not sure it was 100% but my confidence tells me I could have got her if I was on point.) Anyway...she just got her doctor jacket (white coat) and not only is she a doctor but she is literally model gorgeous. Not pretty, but gorgeous.

I saw another chick I used to talk pass the bar (lawyer).

Im over here reflecting on life right now. I made so many mistakes. I could have done so many things differently, its crazy.

Sad- a lot of people have died that I have known over the years.

Disgusted- seeing pics of girls in the club acting a fool, with no proper grammar, and I know damn well those girls have children at home who clearly don't have a positive role model.

Annoyed- my 16 year old little sister posts something every 5 minutes on some emo/ecstatic/bipolar shyt.

its messed up, i know someone else whose married and has two young kids and has cancer, it was in remission but now it's back doctors say's he only hsa about two years at best for live.

It sucks but you can be the most healthiest person today, wake up tomorrow with a massive headache or vomiting and go to the dr and they give you bad news.
